The holiday home is a 19th century farmhouse in the municipality of Oldambt which has a beautiful scenic view over the Oldambtmeer and therefore is very attractive for boaters and cyclists. In the immediate vicinity there is a marina with boat rentals and a wonderful beach.
In the majestic sitting and dining-room the 19th-century panelling and shutters are still present as are the original glass doors and outside decorations. The house has been built on the foundations of an ancient ‘Borg’ (a castle, typical for the Groningen area), whose walls are still present in the vaults.
The old farm has been converted into an extremely luxurious and cosy 5* group accommodation. You will be renting the entire farmhouse and will therefore have the whole premises to yourselves. The farmhouse is equipped with all modern comforts, including a sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool with heated terrace. The house can accommodate a maximum of 18 people.
