Country estate Isis is an estate with several houses. You rent the big house Isis with the summerhouse Heath cottage and the complete estate of 2 ha (5.000 acres). In the big house you have your own swimming pool. The Heath cottage is next to the marsh with its own beach. You can use the Heath cottage as a summerhouse or a small house for 2 persons with a bed, sitting place, kitchen and bathroom.
Country estate Isis is suitable for 16 persons. The house is very cosy due to the use of deal and with a beautiful vide, from where you have great look across the living room and swimming pool.
For a short period of time you will be the lord and lady of the estate since you rent the property completely. Country estate Isis is for whom likes nature, space and rest, luxury and old villages and beautifull lakes in the surrounding.

Bij de rondwandeling Sellingen (12 km) loop je door het gebied rond Sellingen, "de parel van Westerwolde". Het is een mooi landschap met bos, heide, brede zandpaden, smalle wildpaadjes, moeras, een verscholen ven, kleine huisjes en bescheiden boerderijtjes.

Bourtange is een prachtig vestingstadje, vlakbij de grens met Duitsland. Tijdens de Tachtigjarige Oorlog viel de stad Groningen in handen van de Spanjaarden en is de vesting Bourtange ontstaan. De vesting werd na de leegloop van het dorp rond 1960 herbouwd in de staat zoals die in 1742 geweest was.

Het middeleeuwse Klooster Ter Apel is een voormalig klooster in het zuidoosten van de provincie Groningen bij het dorp Ter Apel. In de Conventgebouwen zijn onder meer het Museum voor Kerkgeschiedenis en Religieuze kunst en twee galerieën voor hedendaagse kunst gevestigd.

Het Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum is van een groot moerasgebied veranderd in een 160 hectare groot nostalgisch recreatiepark. Er wordt nog dagelijks met blote handen turf gegraven en oude beroepen in ere gehouden. De treinen tuffen door de dorpen en het natuurlijk veengebied.

Fantastisch huis met alle comfort en gezellige ambiance.Zwembad als verlengstuk van de woonkamer is super.Ligging midden in de natuur is uniek! Met dank aan familie Kappert voor de geweldige service en thuisgevoel!
En ik wilde niet meer naar huis. Dat heb ik een keer eerder gehad op Kreta. Toen voelde ik me ook zo thuis en op mijn gemak. Prachtig vakantiehuis.
Gewoon allemaal heel erg goed, huis is als nieuw, ruimte, grote keuken, goede bedden, terras rondom en heerlijk zwembad, natuur, genieten,, restaurantjes, . Beter kan niet
